* Arrowの不可能性定理 (Arrow's imposibility theorem) [#o99ee7fd]

対象集合 x1...xm の順序付けをn人がしたとき，それらを統合した順序を導く順序付け関数を考える．m人の候補がいたとき，n人がそれらを支持するものから順に並べたとき，それを元に社会全体における，候補への支持の順序を決定する方法に該当．

Arrowは民主的な選挙に必要な条件以下の条件を考えた：
-n人の順序付けの分布は任意．どの人も自由に順序付けできる．
-統合した順序中で xi>xj になるかどうかは，他の候補 xk の順序とは独立に，xiとxjとだけで決まる
-n人全員が xi>xj の順序であれば，社会全体の順序も xi>xj となるべき (Pareto原理)
-ある人 a の順序が，他の人の順序に影響されることなく，常に社会全体の順序となってはならない．

これらの条件を満たす順序付け関数は存在しないという定理．いずれかの条件を満たさない順序付け関数は存在する．
